Mr. Barkman has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry and has spent the last 5 years evaluating carbohydrate based therapeutics, the Universal Oxygen Carrier and other possible blood substitutes. Working with innovators around the world he has assisted in the launch of Bioxytran Inc. and created the HEME Foundation and HEME Solutions. He is a man on a mission – a mission to ensure that everyone in the world has access to their lifesaving Universal Oxygen Carrier.
Mr. Barkman started his highly successful career as a Registered wealth advisor and eventually moved to serving as First Vice President of investments at a top Wall Street firm. After his time on Wall Street, he founded Riverview Capital Enterprises LLC and still serves as its CEO today.
Mr. Barkman, a graduate of Churchman School of Business, has been a trusted board member and advisor to many private and public companies. Capitalizing on his relationship building and business development experience he has established himself as a needed asset in the successful launch and growth with multiple companies over the years.

Dr. Platt is a world-renowned expert in complex carbohydrate chemistry. Dr. Platt received his PhD in. Chemical engineering from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Weizerman Institute. He is a highly accomplished author publishing 3 books, and 10 Journal articles.
He has 30 Patents and 30+ clinical trials. Over his 40+ year career he has founded multiple private and public companies, most notable Boston Therapeutics Inc. Dr. Platt has led the direct development of multiple drug candidates from concept through clinical trials.
Dr. Platt currently serves as CEO and Chief Development Officer of BioXyTran Inc and serves as our Head of Technology and Product Development.

Dr. Shalem is a molecular biologist and biochemist with over two decades of experience in academia and biotech entrepreneurship. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and has led research in RNA processing, protein engineering, and recombinant therapeutics.
Dr. Shalem is a senior lecturer at the Open University of Israel and CEO of Dromedi Ltd., a biotechnology company.
He also co-founded CEO of Camela Farm enterprises Ltd., focusing on sustainable camel-based bioproducts. His diverse expertise bridges basic research, pharmaceutical innovation, and regulatory strategy. As an advisor to HEME SOLUTIONS , he contributes scientific insight and translational experience in oncology, fibrosis, and metabolic diseases.
Alex H. Edwards III

Mr. Edwards has spent the last 5 years looking for, evaluating, and developing several technologies that all have to do with the decarbonization of US Businesses. This includes Electric Vehicle Charging, Hydrogen Creation and Deployment, creation of Solar Facilities in unique places like landfills, and the creation of Renewable Natural Gas and Renewable Aviation Fuel.
Mr. Edwards has most recently entered the world of 3D Printing Homes with zero carbon concrete mixes as well as unique data transfer using the latest laser technology.
Throughout his 30+ years in business MR. Edwards has worked with companies across the globe with a vision for innovation and change. Mr. Edwards is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sustainable Holdings Inc. and Sustainable Fuel Inc. Mr. Edwards also serves as Managing Partner of Trident Consulting Partners, a private consulting firm specializing in executive leadership and structured finance for microcap companies as well as VADE Marketing LLC a boutique sales and marketing advisory firm.
Mr. Edwards also served as an officer in the United States Navy with duty assignments ranging from shipboard divisional leadership to executive assistant for the Naval Surface Group Commander in Norfolk, Virginia and is a 1987 graduate of the United States Naval Academy.

She brings deep expertise in market strategy, product commercialization, and revenue growth across hospital, long-term care, and home care markets.
Throughout her career, Isabelle has guided organizations ranging from global manufacturers to early-stage innovators, building scalable marketing functions and aligning product, sales, and clinical education strategies to accelerate performance. As Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at HoverTech International, she established the company’s first formal marketing department and helped drive a 233% growth over 7 years. At Olympus America, she led a cross-divisional Educational Services organization supporting three business units, an 18-person team, and a $2.5M budget, implementing programs that increased premium product sales by 50%.
Isabelle has managed product portfolios exceeding $100 million in annual revenue, directed product launches, developed GPO and IDN strategies, and developed data-driven processes that improve market penetration and sales effectiveness. Her experience spans both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, making her a trusted advisor to leadership teams navigating growth, repositioning, and commercialization challenges.
She currently advises and consults with healthcare technology companies on go-to-market strategy, branding, and market readiness. Isabelle holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from DeSales University and a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Maine.

Starting his career in Moscow, Russia specializing in aeronautics, electromechanical engineering and telecommunication, Dr. Gluzman became a sought-after businessman. Spending time in multiple executive roles in the aviation design industry across numerous Eastern European countries, Dr. Gluzman honed his leadership values that he brings to all projects he aligns himself with.
Dr. Gluzman has been awarded multiple Doctoral Degrees and has had an active consulting and advisory practice in New York for the last 20 years plus. Working with numerous multinational non-government organizations (NGOs) as well as multiple developing technology companies, Dr Gluzman has become an indispensable contributor and sought after thought leader on anything from engineering to finance.
Dr. Gluzman’s extensive philanthropy involvement is as the Chairman of the Peter Sheehan Diabetes Care Foundation, and his continuing cutting-edge educational and theatrical involvement is through his co-founding of Abeema.org and its’ Theatrical Elements exclusive teaching pedagogy, real estate, business development and international growth.
